Epoxy Repair Mortar
BYK EP MORTAR 9301 – 2K is a two-component, solvent-free, non-shrinking, moisture tolerant, pasty and thixotropic epoxy repair and bonding mortar.

Surface Preparations
The application surface must be dry and free from all dust, dirt, weak and loose particles, cement slurry residues, oil and grease. The concrete sub-layer must be solid and have sufficient pressure resistance (at least 25N/mm²) and tensile strength (pulloff) (at least 1,5N/mm²). It can't be thinned with thinner.
Preparation of the Mixture
The product has two components and it is recommended to mix it in the amount to be used considering the pot life of the mixture. Excess mixtures will become unusable after the pot life expires. After component B is added to component A, it should be mixed with a low speed (300rpm) electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous color is achieved.
Application
When mixing and applying, wear rubber gloves and safety goggles to protect your skin and eyes. Do not add any foreign substance and water into the product. Since the product will harden immediately when mixed in extremely hot weather, it should be mixed as much as it will be used. It should not be applied under +5°C.

Depending on the concrete surface, workmanship and dilatation band size, it is 1.00 kg/linear meter when required for two layers.

B Comp. :1,25 kg, and it is produced in metal buckets.
Shelf Life
It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. Containers of unmixed components must be kept hermetically sealed until the next use.
Storage
Store in unopened original packaging in a cool and dry place protected from frost. For short-term storage, a maximum of 2 pallets should be placed on top of each other and should be shipped with first in first out. For long-term storage, pallets should not be stacked on top of each other.
