NOTE: Viscosity measured at + 25°C according to EN ISO 3219 standards. Viscosity increases inversely with temperature.

Surface Preparations

The surface should be cleaned, preferably using a high-pressure washer. Oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin residues must be removed. The surface must also be completely free of release agents, cement residues, shavings, loose particles, and cured membranes.

For porous substrates: BYK PU PRIMER 9001-1K, BYK EP PRIMER WB 9005-2K ve BYK PU PRIMER 9001-2K Metal or non porous surfaces: BYK EP PRIMER 9002-2K

Karıştırma

Components A and B are mixed using a low-speed mixer for a minimum of 2–3 minutes until ready for use. The pot life of the prepared mixture is 20–30 minutes at +20°C. Depending on changes in ambient temperature, the pot life may be shorter or longer. After application, all tools and equipment must be cleaned with BYK TN 100. Rollers are disposable and must not be reused.

Uygulama

The material should be poured onto the previously primed surface and applied with a roller or brush until the entire surface is fully covered. It should be applied in a minimum of two coats. For vertical applications, a minimum of two coats is also required. The second coat should be applied minimum 8 hours and maximum 24 hours after the first coat.

It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. Containers of unmixed components must be kept hermetically sealed until the next use.
