BYK PU BP 9103 – 1K is a fast curing, single-component, bitumen enriched polyurethane based liquid material. It adheres strongly to almost any type of surface, forming a highly elastic film. It has excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.

Uygulama Prosedürü

Apply the material with a brush, roller, spatula or airless sprayer. The used sets and tools must be cleaned with BYK PU TH 901 as soon as possible. The rolls are for single use only. They are not suitable for reuse.

Surface Preparations

If possible, the surface should be cleaned using a high-pressure washer; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin residues should be removed, it should also be completely free of mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes.

Astarlama

For absorbing surfaces BYK PU PRIMER 9001 - 1K, BYK EP WB PRIMER 9007 - 2K and BYK PU PRIMER 9002 - 2K For hard and normal surfaces BYK EP TR PRIMER 9005 - 2K

Karıştırma

Apply immediately after mixing equal amounts of the two components by hand or with a mixer running at low speed (300 rpm). The pot life of the mixture is 30-45 minutes at 20 °C.

Uygulama

Minimum total consumption: 1,6 kg/m2.

Ambalaj

It is available in 5kg and 25kg special metal packages.

Raf Ömrü
It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. Containers of unmixed components must be kept hermetically sealed until the next use.
Depolama
Store in unopened original packaging in a cool and dry place protected from frost. For short-term storage, a maximum of 2 pallets should be placed on top of each other and should be shipped with first in first out. For long-term storage, pallets should not be stacked on top of each other.
